LUBBOCK, Texas
— Longtime company Lubbock’s Community Theatre announced on social media a rebrand and upcoming fundraiser that will support its programs while also bringing people together to honor the power of the arts.
The theater group, which has been active for 35 years, announced it will keep running as Lubbock’s Community Theatre yet switch to the new title of Yellow House Theatre. This change aims to introduce “new programs aimed at making the arts more accessible and honoring creativity in every aspect.”
The Yellow House Theatre mentioned they have created numerous inclusive programs such as workshops, intensive courses, one-time sessions, and fresh outreach efforts, providing greater chances for individuals who wish to engage with the arts.
Moreover, the organization will present WICKED: A Sing-Along Event at Buddy Holly Hall. Admission will be complimentary.
